What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the hirify.global CX software platform, including CX products and features.
• Conduct code reviews, resolve defects encountered during the QA cycle, and support the production environment.
• Evaluate overall product quality by developing test plans and executing test cases.
• Define QA strategy and metrics, shaping the automation roadmap by evaluating and rolling out new frameworks or tools.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, Support, and Security teams to expand test coverage and embed quality gates across CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and evangelize best practices in quality and automation design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in modern software development
• Proficient in at least one backend language (e.g., C#, Go) with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Comfortable working with relational databases and writing effective SQL queries.
• Able to write both unit and functional automated tests as part of delivering high-quality code.
• Familiar with a test automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
