What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain hirify.global CX products and features across all technology tiers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
• Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Apply security best practices in coding and deployment.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Cochabamba, Bolivia with hybrid work setup
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs.
• English: B2 level or higher required
