What you will do

• Implement features and services to track resource utilization and support capacity forecasting across compute, storage, and networking.
• Build resource management system components to improve infrastructure efficiency and customer experience.
• Contribute to automation tools that enable reliable scaling in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design systems supporting autoscaling, workload isolation, and performance guarantees.
• Work closely with Cloud Infrastructure, Product, and Finance teams to provide usage insights and surface technical constraints.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and on-call rotations to ensure quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in United States or Canada for remote work
• 3–6+ years experience building backend or distributed systems in production cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
• Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including compute, storage, networking, and resource utilization.
• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Go, Java, or similar programming languages.
