What you will do
- Organize and plan production cycles including pitch, concept, design, alpha, beta, and gold stages.
- Oversee quality across game design, art, and programming disciplines.
- Ensure project delivery on time and within allocated budget.
- Communicate constantly with international editing teams.
- Collaborate daily with studio manager and international leads.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work model based in Barcelona, Spain
- Mid-Senior level experience in game production
- Strong communication skills for international collaboration
- Experience managing live service games and production cycles
- Ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams including design, art, and programming
