What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, high-performance backend code.
• Develop tools and frameworks to improve development workflows.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain documentation for new code.
• Collaborate effectively within the engineering team to solve problems and align on technical approaches.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Minsk, Belarus for hybrid work
• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with React or other frontend technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and API development.
• Experience with Docker, Linux environment, Redis and/or Memcached.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
