What you will do

• Design and implement robust data solutions enabling analytics and insights
• Develop and maintain production-quality SQL and Python code for data transformation and automation
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability in core datasets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging data engineering technologies and AI tools

Requirements

• Hybrid work with mandatory presence in Toronto office every Thursday
• Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines using Python and orchestration frameworks
• Experience designing business dashboards, ideally with Looker
• Comfortable with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot
• Track record of success in small, collaborative teams
