What you will do
- Identify key companies and contacts within assigned region in collaboration with Market Research.
- Generate outreach emails and cold calls to penetrate target accounts.
- Manage leads and CRM activities using Salesforce.com.
- Develop and maintain territory plans and report on industry trends and competition.
- Contribute to sales development strategy and projects impacting Market Development and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1) required
- Location: Bogotá, Colombia with hybrid work format
- 1-2 years experience in business development or sales-related roles.
- University degree in business, economics, social sciences, linguistics, or similar.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, is a plus.
