Customer Enablement Manager (HRO/HR Tech): Equipping clients and internal teams with knowledge, tools, and processes for successful adoption and operation of HRO, Payroll, and Workforce solutions with an accent on streamlining onboarding, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining compliance. Focus on standardizing delivery workflows, refining product features, and facilitating cross-functional coordination.

Location: Must be based in China (Shanghai / Remote)

What you will do

  • Lead solution enablement during onboarding for HRO, Payroll, and EOR clients.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams.
  • Drive standardization of onboarding and delivery workflows to reduce escalations.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Leads to refine product features and compliance guidance.
  • Work closely with Sales, CSM, and Payroll teams for complex accounts and escalations.
  • Build enablement modules for hirify.global’ internal tools and collect feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in HRO, Payroll, HR Tech, Customer Success, or Solution/Process Enablement.
  • Strong understanding of PRC labor law, payroll operations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Strong documentation, workflow design, and process optimization abilities.
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise clients or complex onboarding preferred.
