Mobile Developer Engineer (Android/iOS)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain native mobile SDKs/libraries (Kotlin, Swift) and showcase applications.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, TDD, and E2E testing.
• Work with hardware features such as secure elements and NFC.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
• Set up and master CI/CD tools and contribute to secure code reviews and documentation.
• Deliver features from ideation to deployment, ensuring security and compliance.

Requirements

• Proficient in native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) development.
• Willingness to assist across both platforms if needed.
• Experience with mobile development tooling (IDEs, test frameworks, emulators).
• Write secure, test-driven code and enjoy collaboration.

Nice to have

• Cross-platform experience (Flutter preferred).
• Familiarity with hardware features (NFC, BLE) or developing mobile libraries.
• Understanding of Docker, Figma-based UI implementation, Rust, smart cards, secure elements, or byte-level debugging.

Hiring process

• Days 0-30: Orientation, security basics, environment setup, policy review, shadowing.
• Days 31-60: Secure coding workshops, TDD for features/bugfixes, pair programming, E2E tests, CI/CD, owning a ticket, security code review.
• Days 61-90: End-to-end feature delivery, fixing security issues, leading security sessions, CI/CD optimization, mentoring, refining Scrum.
