What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program and maximize revenue.
- Manage relationships with affiliates, providing tools and resources for success.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to achieve KPIs and positive ROI.
- Oversee CPA and Revenue Share affiliate models and adjust commission structures.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Negotiate competitive deals and attend industry events to build partnerships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related roles
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA and BI dashboards.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics and reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel for conferences and industry events.
