What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program and maximize revenue.
• Manage relationships with affiliates, providing tools and resources for success.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to achieve KPIs and positive ROI.
• Oversee CPA and Revenue Share affiliate models and adjust commission structures.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Negotiate competitive deals and attend industry events to build partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related roles
• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA and BI dashboards.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics and reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel for conferences and industry events.
