What you will do

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior
• Create and edit engaging, error-free email marketing copy
• Execute A/B tests to optimize email components
• Collaborate with graphic designers to improve email layouts
• Maintain clean customer databases for email campaigns
• Distribute emails using automation software and monitor campaign performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or related roles
• Proven ability to create impactful marketing campaigns
• Experience with database management and marketing automation tools (Hubspot is a plus)
• Excellent project management and copywriting skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
