Senior Events Manager

Location: Hybrid work with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria and Belgrade, Serbia; remote work possible in locations without offices.

What you will do

• Build and own global events strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals across US, Europe, and international markets.
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of external-facing and virtual events including webinars.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align event messaging and capture compelling content.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics ensuring flawless execution.
• Produce event performance reports and continuously optimize event formats for engagement and conversion.
• Travel frequently across regions to support key events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional event planning and delivery, preferably in tech, SaaS, edtech, or higher education.
• Proven success driving measurable pipeline, SQLs, or revenue from events.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with digital and event tools such as Zoom, HubSpot, Figma, and project management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple complex international events with cultural awareness.
