What you will do

• Administer and support all accounts under administration with operational accuracy
• Conduct KYC and customer due diligence for institutional clients
• Manage middle office operations for trade settlements and transaction lifecycle
• Perform system testing, identify discrepancies, and assist with system enhancements
• Provide operational and customer support for banking transactions
• Troubleshoot account issues and respond to internal and external information requests
