What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical hardware, software, and network support incidents.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics using system management tools.
  • Assist with administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Cisco phones, VPN, and security applications.
  • Log and document all tasks and communications in the incident tracking system.
  • Collaborate with NOC and other IT groups to communicate outages and resolve widespread issues.
  • Contribute to the IT Knowledge Base and participate in projects as directed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Makati City, Philippines for onsite work
  • 1-2 years of IT support experience in a corporate Service Desk or technical support role.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory administration, and mobile devices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products; certifications like A+ and ITIL V.3 are a plus.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced global team environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Apple products and operating systems.
  • ITIL V.3 and A+ certifications.
