• Lead a high-performing team of mobile and frontend engineers in delivering hybrid development capabilities at scale.
• Own and evolve the cross-platform architecture, including navigation, rendering, offline support, and performance.
• Uplift developer experience through better tooling, testing pipelines, observability, and local development flows.
• Define technical strategy with engineering, product, and design leaders.
• Foster a culture of clarity, craft, and continuous improvement.
• Build rituals that support team wellbeing and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• You’ve led engineering teams in mobile or frontend domains, ideally with hybrid or native mobile experience (Swift, Kotlin, React, React Native, TypeScript).
• You’re energized by technical leadership and passionate about coaching and people growth.
• You’ve driven architectural decisions that impact hundreds of developers or millions of users.
• You value delivery excellence, system health, and long-term maintainability.
• You create clarity in ambiguous environments and love scaling through others.
