What you will do

• Analyze and define business needs and requirements, maintaining updated specifications.
• Ensure end-to-end solution consistency and align with product evolution strategy.
• Collaborate within agile scrum squads responsible for applications from code to production.
• Manage squad activities, deadlines, project scopes, and release timelines.
• Support stakeholders by troubleshooting production issues and driving system improvements.
• Contribute to product notes and gather development cost estimates.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Bucharest, Romania
• 6+ years in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience as Product Owner or Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of payments and fraud management is advantageous.
