What you will do

• Provide first-level helpdesk and technical support for hardware, software, and connections.
• Diagnose technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage telecommunications needs and support procurement processes.
• Install workstations and ensure proper system functioning.
• Offer support for local applications, SQL, and Access databases.
• Assist in project management and define IT processes for improved business efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to deal with technical problems and anomalies.
• Capacity to provide .Net programming support based on instructions.
• Commitment to ensuring the quality of IT products through implementation and testing.
• Must be based in Maidstone, AU or Dandenong, AU.
• English: B2 required
