What you will do

• Develop and test embedded firmware for ARM Cortex-based RF microcontrollers supporting wireless protocols.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for key customers in the Bay Area.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams in Poland to influence product development based on customer feedback.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and provide on-site and remote support.
• Prepare technical documentation, application notes, and demonstration materials.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near the Bay Area, CA, USA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in embedded firmware development using C/C++.
• Strong knowledge of connectivity/network protocols such as BLE, Thread, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and Matter.
• Experience with embedded hardware debugging tools and customer-facing technical roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with RTOS environments, preferably Zephyr.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and mobile application interfacing.
• Prior experience with low-power embedded devices.
