What you will do

• Update and evolve strategic marketing websites and build new ones for digital transformation.
• Primarily support existing websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Drupal.
• Handle urgent and long-term content update requests for hirify.global.com and LondonStockExchange.com in multiple languages.
• Engage with colleagues from UX, design, search, digital strategy, and marketing automation teams.
• Act as an expert, understanding business requirements and applying best-practice recommendations.
• Support the Digital Enablement team by testing new functionality, CMS upgrades, or site launches.

Requirements

• Experience in a web publishing role, maintaining and updating customer-facing websites.
• CMS experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written English-language communication and influencing skills required for an international organization.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering best-practice publishing.
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, often to timelines, and prioritize based on business needs.
• Experience working directly with business owners, recommending solutions and best-practice.

Nice to have

• Experience using AEM or Drupal, or another enterprise-level CMS.
• Experience migrating websites to AEM.
• Basic knowledge of HTML or XML.
• Understanding and curiosity about website accessibility and SEO impact.
• QA testing experience of web pages or site enhancements.
• Experience leading a web publishing project from start to finish.
• Prior experience working in Digital Marketing.
