What you will do

Drive revenue generation and growth strategies for the PCB ecosystem in Korea.
Manage market intelligence reports and update PCB Playbook with industry trends.
Oversee operational aspects including cost optimization and vendor management.
Organize playtests and manage new game installations and launches.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand ecosystem capabilities.
Lead publishing operations including market assessments, compliance, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

Location: Based in Seoul, South Korea
10+ years in business strategy and operations or top management consulting.
5+ years of people management experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
English: Fluent (C2)
Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Nice to have

MBA or relevant Master’s degree from top institutions.
Passion for games and player experience.
Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
