What you will do

• Act as the main regional liaison between APAC publishing and product groups to align with strategic goals
• Define and implement regional plans to support product features and content releases
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and contribute to the regional product roadmap
• Execute publishing strategy focusing on retention, engagement, and monetization
• Provide market insights and local expertise for regional planning
• Conduct product performance analysis and share recommendations with regional and global teams

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or in the gaming industry with released online/multiplayer games
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage regional and global stakeholders
