Production Intern

TL;DR

Production Intern (Video Production): Supporting the production of social media marketing campaigns including static design, motion graphics, product UI demos, and live-action shoots with an accent on coordinating cross-functional teams and managing production workflows. Focus on executing detailed production tasks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth campaign delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Location: New York office, onsite at least 3 days per week

Salary: $32 per hour (Zone 1 locations)

What you will do

• Assist in coordinating and executing social-first production tasks across various content formats including static design, motion graphics, product UI demos, and live-action shoots.
• Maintain production schedules, request and asset trackers, and workflow documentation to ensure smooth campaign progress.
• Collaborate with Social, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to align deliverables with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Support logistics for shoots and recordings including scheduling and equipment coordination.
• Document and report on production details and suggest improvements for production processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York with onsite attendance at least 3 days per week
• Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program related to media production, film, advertising, communications, or graphic design.
• Interest in social media content production and storytelling.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with designers, writers, and marketers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, basic camera or lighting equipment, and file management workflows.
