What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to shipped experiences.
- Facilitate design thinking and collaboration workshops, and conduct user research.
- Create meaningful information architecture, customer journeys, and user flows.
- Craft excellence in customer interaction and motion design, championing inclusive design & accessibility.
- Prototype, test, and iterate with clear business objectives, partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior designers and guide stakeholders through discussions, including supporting pitches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Experience Design, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Portfolio demonstrating capability in complex, scalable digital solutions across Web, Mobile, and connected experiences.
- Experience gained in a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency environment.
- Deep human-centered design expertise across research, interaction, UI, content & service design.
- Fluency in modern tools including Figma, Miro, prototyping, and AI design tools.
- Proven accessibility & inclusive design practice (WCAG/A11y) and Design Systems experience.
- Strong understanding of MENA markets, their unique challenges, and opportunities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with XD research tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting).
- Good understanding of enterprise software solutions (e.g., Adobe, Sitecore).
- Familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
