What you will do

• Develop AI applications using state-of-the-art (Gen)AI technology.
• Translate business requests into AI applications and pilot prototypes in production.
• Deploy reliable and scalable AI solutions to production.
• Present your results clearly and discuss them with multi-functional project teams.
• Collaborate with business experts for requirement gathering, data understanding, and result validation.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuously improve ways of working with other AI engineers.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on deploying and integrating AI.
• Strong expertise in Python, state-of-the-art AI, and statistical methods.
• Proven proficiency with deploying scalable AI applications to production.
• Experience using LLMs (Langchain, Llamaindex) and Azure Cloud, and Azure Data & AI services.
• Strong expertise with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development best practices.
• Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX).
