What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing for KSA.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, and SAMA reporting requirements.
• Oversee treasury and liquidity management, including bank accounts and payment approvals.
• Manage external audits and establish strong internal controls across finance processes.
• Drive ERP re-platforming to Oracle NetSuite and manage intercompany/transfer pricing compliance.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing local finance team in KSA.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; SOCPA qualification required (CPA, ACCA, CMA also considered with SOCPA eligibility).
• Experience: 8–12+ years in controllership, statutory reporting, or finance leadership in FinTech, banking, payments, or Big 4 FS audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local KSA accounting/tax regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory reporting (SAMA, ZATCA) and external audit management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred).
• Language: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English required.

Nice to have

• E-invoicing (ClearTax or equivalent) experience.
• Exposure to SQL/data analysis.
