What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial organization roles including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, and G&A functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, and global people teams to build diverse, high-performing teams.
- Create a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach to offer stage.
- Source niche and high-impact talent ensuring inclusive pipelines.
- Refine and optimize interview processes to improve quality and reduce time-to-hire.
- Train teams to improve recruiting skills and maintain company culture.
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in Manila at least three days per week
- 5+ years of experience as an in-house full-cycle recruiter.
- Experience with high volume recruitment for mid to senior level commercial roles.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, Greenhouse and Workday preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
- English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
