Solution Engineer

TL;DR

Solution Engineer: Designing, guiding, and delivering technical integrations for e-commerce logistics, acting as a technical project manager for enterprise implementations. Focus on organizing blueprinting sessions, creating API interaction diagrams, and co-creating and validating integrations with leading CMS, ERP, WMS, and 3PL solutions.

Location: Hybrid role based in our Eindhoven HQ, requiring 2-3 days a week at the office.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise implementations, organize blueprinting and brainstorming sessions, and manage complex technical project roadmaps.
• Act as the technical project manager, driving merchants to their first stable release of hirify.global post-deal handover.
• Co-create and validate integrations with leading CMS, ERP, WMS, and 3PL solutions to shape the ecosystem.
• Translate real-world merchant use cases into actionable feedback for Product & Development teams.
• Support knowledge-sharing by training Sales Engineers on technical best practices and running an internal training center.
• Provide hands-on post-launch support to ensure successful adoption and own aftercare.
