What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of analysts to solve ambiguous challenges and deliver high-impact work.
• Review analyses for clarity, rigor, and business relevance while fostering team growth.
• Develop shared templates, frameworks, and tools to improve analytics quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to define metrics and align goals.
• Champion strong data tracking, documentation, and modeling practices.
• Provide actionable insights with clear recommendations and accountability.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in Hamburg, Germany
• 5+ years in data analytics with 2+ years in leadership or mentoring roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in data modeling and experimentation.
• Excellent problem framing, experiment design, and analytical judgment.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
