What you will do

• Work with clients to understand software needs and align them with business goals.
• Recommend vendors, licensing models, and commercial options.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and renewals.
• Analyze costs to identify savings, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle ensuring compliance and smooth renewals.
• Stay updated on software market trends to provide relevant, data-driven guidance.

Requirements

• Background in software procurement, IT consulting, or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of licensing models, commercial terms, and supplier ecosystems.
• Confidence in negotiating contracts and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate cost, value, and risk.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and procurement or contract management tools.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Bucharest, Romania
