What you will do

• Develop overall test strategy and define test scenarios for business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement test automation within a continuous integration pipeline.
• Lead selection and alignment of testing frameworks and tools with company standards.
• Maintain automated test scripts and monitor test results to ensure reliability and quality.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to uphold engineering guidelines and quality culture.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing efficiency and operational processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangkok, Thailand
• 5+ years experience in software testing, automation, and QA tools.
• Proficient with Robot Framework, Cucumber, Python, and performance testing.
• Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies (Scrum, JIRA).
• Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and secure coding practices.
