What you will do

  • Own hirify.global’s product and localisation strategy in Thailand.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for Thailand (e.g., feature, payment method, authentication deployment).
  • Analyse active user and subscription funnels to identify improvement areas.
  • Evaluate and adapt global messaging, campaigns, and product experiences for Thai users.
  • Provide cultural insights and guidance to global teams.
  • Partner with the Thai Language Manager, linguists, and translators to ensure clarity, tone, and cultural nuance across all Thai-language experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company.
  • Understanding of Thai customer needs and opportunities to effectively meet them.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Ability to understand ambiguous, complex problems and communicate them simply.
  • Drive to see things through despite changes and setbacks.
  • Fluent in Thai and English with exceptional communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing or advertising in the Thai market.
  • Knowledge of product growth strategies and user acquisition in Thailand.
  • Tertiary education in linguistics, literature, or localisation.
  • Copywriting experience, such as maintaining a blog or experience in localisation for a SaaS product.
  • Solid understanding of organic growth (SEO and WordPress).
  • Some design experience.
  • Expertise with CAT tools (e.g., Smartling).
