What you will do

• Guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and create strategic change agendas.
• Drive profitable growth, manage margin expectations, and identify business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with CXO-level clients as a trusted advisor.
• Lead C-level client interactions, design complex engagements, and oversee delivery for high performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development and commercially focused outcomes.
• Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape strategic initiatives and drive external eminence.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology/business consulting or systems integration, with 5+ years in insurance or financial services.
• Deep understanding of insurance processes: underwriting, policy lifecycle, claims, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in consultative selling of complex solutions to C-level executives.
• Familiarity with risk management, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud adoption strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations or integrations.
• Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives and lead complex projects.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Duck Creek, SAP for Insurance, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/analytics for fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer personalization.
