What you will do

• Manage multiple customer projects in parallel, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related topics, ensuring professional and transparent communication with customers.
• Translate customer requirements into internal actions and align closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility.
• Oversee both technical and organizational aspects of project management: milestone planning, risk and claim handling.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal experts, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams with coordination or mentoring based on previous team leadership experience.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall experience in the automotive software domain.
• Several years of experience managing software development projects in the automotive industry (Tier 1, Tier 2, or OEM).
• Hands-on engineering experience is required.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, embedded architectures, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Business fluency in both Korean and English.

• Previous experience as an engineering team lead.
