What you will do

• Lead IT infrastructure teams focusing on operational excellence and service delivery.
• Manage data center operations, enterprise networking, servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee security initiatives including firewall management and endpoint security.
• Implement disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
• Apply ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization platforms, enterprise networking, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4, PMP, Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Aruba Certified Switching Associate.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP platforms.
• Certifications in Linux and CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with modern data protection and backup platforms like Cohesity.
