What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user experience of key game features.
• Define goals, requirements, and evaluate their impact on the project and users.
• Lead conversations with stakeholders to communicate design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, cross-functional teams, Marketers, User Researchers, and Data Analysts.
• Deliver user flows, low and high-fidelity wireframes, documentation, and presentations.
• Deliver and refine interaction and visual designs in-engine.
• Mentor other UX designers and contribute to scheduling and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Education background in Interaction Design, HCI, Psychology, or a design-related field with Human Factors is required.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating effective solutions for human-centered design challenges and visual design problems is essential.
• 6+ years of experience as a UI and/or UX Designer or Product Designer in a professional capacity, preferably within video games.
• Expert-level expertise in design tools commonly used in the industry, including Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Understanding the principal knowledge of target players or user needs, motivations, behaviors, and constraints.
• Ability to solve complex problems in resourceful and effective ways, with human-centered design in mind.
• Experience with Inclusive Design and advocacy.
• Exceptional eye for visual design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity.
• Ability to translate product KPIs into UX deliverables.
• Experience with data-driven design (quantitative).
• Experience in user research.
• Experience working on free-to-play games.
• A passion for games.
