What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational HR support to managers and employees locally
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities across EMEA and APAC
• Lead administration of HR initiatives including performance management and compensation
• Support HR Business Partners with projects and local culture initiatives
• Assist with office events and facilities requirements including office relocation
• Partner with IT for onboarding/offboarding and office IT setup

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Tel Aviv, Israel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and local employment regulations in Israel
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
