What you will do

• Monitor and triage inbound alerts related to various cyber threats and exposures.
• Validate and categorize security events, documenting decisions and rationale.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with relevant teams following workflows.
• Produce intelligence reports including flash advisories and threat briefs.
• Support detection engineering and investigations by researching adversary tactics and indicators.
• Maintain program documentation and contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA
• Associates degree and 2+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Familiarity with alert triage, escalation workflows, and common attack vectors.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with SIEM alert handling and incident investigations.
