What you will do

• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, finance, and compliance teams to gather data needs and define KPIs.
• Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Analyze trends in trading activity, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
• Monitor platform health, market activity, and feature performance.
• Work with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy, quality, and accessibility.
• Support strategic planning, regulatory reporting, investor updates, and ad hoc business cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a data/business analyst, preferably in fintech, trading, or crypto.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial metrics, crypto markets, or exchange operations.
• Familiarity with Python or Azure Data services.
