What you will do

• Provide functional support and subject matter expertise for Workday HCM and Absence modules.
• Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, and organizational structures within Workday.
• Develop and maintain custom and standard reports, partnering to deliver insights through dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems through audits and validations.
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units, providing training and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and participate in audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a focus on Workday HCM and Absence.
• Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global HR operations and multi-country configurations.
• Familiarity with Workday security and business process frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., Agile, PMP).
