What you will do

• Create short video ads for Meta (Reels, Feed, Stories) for multiple app categories.
• Collaborate with Creative Producer, PMM, UA, and Data teams to develop and iterate visual concepts.
• Explore and implement AI tools for video, image, voice, avatar, and editing workflows.
• Systematize production by creating templates, style guides, and asset libraries for reuse.
• Maintain high quality with strong sense of pacing, typography, and composition.
• Analyze creative performance data to inform new iterations.

Requirements

• English: B1+ required
• Solid experience in video and motion design for social and performance ads.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, CapCut, Descript.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, or similar design software.
• Ability to build scalable templates and production pipelines.
• Strong visual taste aligned with modern platform-native styles (TikTok/Reels/UGC).

Nice to have

• Experience creating Meta creatives for US / Tier-1 markets.
• Experience with UGC-style ads including scripts, storyboards, and editing.
• Background in subscription or mobile apps.
