TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (AI): Designing and developing new features for a web application (hirify.global.com) end-to-end, from database to user interface, with an accent on integrating modern AI services and ensuring a scalable system in an agile environment. Focus on driving technical improvements on architectural & structural levels and shaping the product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid, with occasional work in the Berlin office.

What you will do

• Design and develop new features for hirify.global.com end-to-end together with your team.
• Build a long-term, scalable system in an agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Design & QA to develop next-generation features and packages.
• Help shape our roadmap with your knowledge and ideas.
• Drive technical improvements on architectural & structural levels – in both backend and frontend.
• Act as a role model and mentor, sharing your fullstack expertise with the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications (backend & frontend).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other public clouds (deployment & configuration).
• Excellent Java (Java 11+) and Spring / Spring Boot (incl. Hibernate) skills.
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue or similar).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB) as well as search and caching solutions (e.g. ElasticSearch, Redis).
• Strong in architecture and design decisions (patterns, availability, scaling, UX implications).
• High standards in code quality, reviews, testing and CI/CD processes.

• Previous leading experience (Technical Lead, Lead-Dev, mentoring).
