TL;DR

Payment Support Specialist: Managing incoming written replies and outbound communication with insolvent customers to prompt payments, with an accent on problem-solving, empathy, and active listening. Focus on assisting customers by finding solutions according to company guidelines and fostering strong customer relationships.

Location: Based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid work model (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage incoming written replies and messages from customers.
  • Prompt payments through emails, messages, and phone calls.
  • Assist customers with payment solutions according to company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools.
  • Update daily files of assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to exchange information and foster business strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Native or near native level of Italian (C1-C2).
  • Native or near native level of Spanish (C1-C2).
  • Strong command of English (B2+).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Great communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to adapt to different characters.

Nice to have

  • Willingness to work in a team.
  • Previous experience in call centers/phone and written communication.
