What you will do

• Create complete user manuals with step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting for the parking app
• Build comprehensive guides for self-service portal and admin tools
• Document complex multi-step processes with clear visual guidance
• Design documentation templates scalable across languages and markets
• Maintain and update documentation as features evolve
• Produce polished, user-friendly, translation-ready guides from content outlines

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Chisinau, Moldova for hybrid work
• 1-3 years experience in graphic design, documentation, and technical writing
• Strong attention to detail and methodical process adherence
• Basic design skills including layout, formatting, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of localization considerations for multi-language use
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar tools
• English proficiency for documentation purposes
