People Data Analyst (Fintech)

Focus on developing dashboards, identifying trends, building predictive models, and ensuring data governance.

Location: Hybrid in Larnaca, Cyprus (2 days working from home)

What you will do

• Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple systems (ATS, HRIS, payroll, engagement tools, L&D platforms).
• Develop dashboards and reports to support leaders in making informed people decisions.
• Identify trends in turnover, hiring funnel metrics, DEI, performance, and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR and Talent teams to design KPIs and define reporting standards.
• Build predictive models (e.g., attrition risk, hiring forecast) and perform ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure high-quality data governance, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related data role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Experience working with HRIS/ATS data (Zoho, Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of HR metrics, employee lifecycle data, and workforce planning concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Background in supporting HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations teams.
