What you will do

• Architect and build a comprehensive multichain yield platform as a key piece of DeFi infrastructure.
• Design and implement robust backend systems interfacing with on-chain protocols and smart contracts across multiple networks.
• Own and optimize complex transaction flows including secure RPC node interactions and idempotent on-chain execution.
• Define and implement next-generation on-chain yield strategies and products.
• Maintain high standards of security, quality, and robustness for production-grade Web3 systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production Web3 backend experience with deep knowledge of EVM and DeFi fundamentals.
• Strong protocol integration skills and experience managing complex transaction flows.
• Proficiency with Web3 development and testing tools such as Tenderly, ethers, viem, wagmi.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in high-ambiguity environments.
• Must have 5 hours overlap with EST timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying smart contracts to mainnet and EVM-compatible chains.
