Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil. Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.

What you will do

• Design and deliver secure, scalable digital asset solutions across diverse infrastructures.
• Lead the full lifecycle of technical service delivery, from installation and configuration to training and support.
• Act as a strategic advisor, building trusted client relationships and implementing product customization and integration.
• Manage complex client integration projects with third-party vendors and IT ecosystems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine the platform, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain high-quality client-facing technical documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• 5-7+ years of technical experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, ideally within complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in integration architecture, with emphasis on banking environments.
• Extensive background in enterprise IT architectures and operations: virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, VDI, CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell scripting.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience within IT consulting firms.
• Good understanding of database management (SQL) and development experience in Go, Java, or Python.
