What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and support developers from various disciplines and experience levels
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews and salary discussions
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring work environment
• Collaborate with directors, production, CTO, and senior leadership to align and execute goals
• Ensure effective use of talent across projects

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Previous experience as a Lead or Manager in technical disciplines within the game industry
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and guide technical teams
• Ability to balance creative freedom with production discipline
• Location: Must be able to work in or near Stockholm with hybrid office presence
