TL;DR

Inbound Sales Development Representative: Helping existing customers scale and managing inbound requests/closing deals from a large book of accounts with an accent on product platform knowledge and internal sales processes. Focus on efficiently serving customers and supporting career development in Sales.

What you will do

  • Communicate with existing customer accounts about hirify.global’s platform and pricing.
  • Close inbound sales requests and targeted outbound account renewals.
  • Lead inbound billing requests, including processing renewals and changing payment terms/methods.
  • Qualify and route inbound sales requests from net-new prospects to an aligned Account Executive.
  • Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns to improve expansion and retention.

Requirements

  • Desire to build a career in Sales, ultimately working towards Business Development Representative and Account Executive roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency with the ability to learn new products, processes, and policies.
  • Consistent record of prioritizing tasks by urgency/impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback.
  • Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Candidates are required to keep cameras on during video interviews.
  • If hired, you will be required to attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Customer-facing Sales/Support experience.
  • Exposure to or interest in product development and web-based collaborative tools.
  • Multilingual (Spanish or Portuguese).
