What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Drive the development and execution of technical strategies to improve the quality of pricing components.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure timely feature delivery.
• Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of pricing components.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Implement common engineering best practices and manage project timelines and resources.

Requirements

• Expertise in web development.
• Expertise in Java and/or Kotlin (Spring is a strong plus).
• Expertise in frontend development (TypeScript and React are strong pluses).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and on-premises infrastructure (AWS is a strong plus).
• Experience with modular monolithic and/or microservices architectures, including asynchronous communication.
• Proficiency in modern SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong commitment to ownership, problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to mentor team members.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian required.
