Location: Sydney, Australia, hybrid work pattern (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations and manage conflict resolution and investigations.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Support business transformation through change management strategies.
• Assist in workforce planning and recruitment strategies across APAC offices.
• Promote continuous learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid work pattern.
• Proven experience in HRBP or senior HR advisory roles in complex organizations.
• CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and business acumen.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Experience in international or multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with HR technology and systems (HRIS, ATS).
• Background in employee wellbeing or engagement initiatives.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desired but not essential.
